Featured Architecture – Windows of The High Courts

Secrets Out

I took this image in 2006 with my 30D and the Sigma 70-200mm F/2.8. This image comes from the Sultan Abdul Samad building which used to house the High Courts of Malaya. I think this is one of the pivotal buildings in Kuala Lumpur as it was here that the independence of Malaya was declared in 1957. I am pleased with the tonal range of this image which came out brilliantly in black and whit though I wished though that I had taken at f/8 or even f/11 to ensure a wide depth of field.
