Sunny…..

Sunny Day

Sometimes I try to imagine what life will be like without the sun and then realise that there will be no life without the sun. As a photographer, we learn traditionally that taking a picture in the mid afternoon sun presents us with lots of problems. But me being me likes to throw tradition and convention out the window. I like this image. Have to break more rules……

Fuji Velvia Cross Processed C41

I tried my hand at cross processing E6 slide films in C41. Very unpredictable images and colours but I loved the way it turned out. The sky was raging when I took this image and I think the burst of sun really captured the mood of the day (at least for me).

Right Brain and Left Brain Perceptual Illusions

This is so cool. Look at the image below and figure out whether the girl is spinning clockwise or anticlockwise. This was first published in the Herald Sun in Australia and later featured in The Digital Journalist and now referred to by me.
