I saw this image and liked the way all the branches converged almost to a single point. The sky was flat and dull as usual so I decided to go for extreme contrast. This one always meant to be black and white and I metered for the sky and made sure it would come out as white with no details. The 2 birds gave the image some more depth, which was a bonus. Amazing what you can see when you choose to see.
Whenever I see this image, I truy become peaceful…..
